  • Purchasing a subscription for someone else:
    When purchasing a subscription as a gift for someone other than yourself, please provide the recipient's email in the order form. We want to make sure that you, as well as the recipient, receive the delivery tracking information and will be notified as to when to expect the gift.
  • Gifts are shipped around the second week of each month. Orders placed after the 3rd week of each month, will ship the following month.
  • Orders for the Holiday Subscription boxes will be shipped approximately one week before the holiday.
  • Subscriptions do not automatically renew. If you want to continue with the subscription, please create a new order.
  • Orders are shipped out on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and take 3-5 business days to arrive. We are not responsible for shipping delays.
