After cooking our peppermint in a copper kettle over an open fire, we carefully separate each back into two parts. One becomes the red peppermint center while a smaller portion is stretched by hand on a candy hook until it is white. Then it forms a "blanket" that is stretched over the red peppermint before being cut into drops by our vintage candy roller. The result is a refreshing candy that tastes as good as it looks.
Ingredients: Sugar Syrup (Corn or Dextrose), Soy Bean Oil, Natural Flavor, Artificial Color (FD&C Red #40).
Our candy is cooked in a copper kettle with top quality ingredients before being formed by vintage equipment. We're proud to say our candies our family made in the USA!
